Hidden Noise lends “heard electricity” visual form via light paintings for which LEDs have been programmed to show the volume levels of the acoustic waves. Alongside the representative (visible) architecture of the city, a second reality is revealed, which provides a new, audiovisual perspective that is only facilitated by the apparatus. Extended exposure photos and videos lend expression to the performative aspect of walking in situ.

The tools used in this project are based on the work of the artist Christina Kubisch and where produced whit her collaboration.
